The new Vortex ultra 3 pontoon boat covers do not have grommets to scratch your boat. Yet, water vapor can permeate it, so it will keep moisture out, but will not keep moisture in. They probably will fit better, as it is a 'custom' cover but there is a hefty price to pay.
