This is new out of the package and does come as shown with only parts. I am selling a Tahoe Q4s f mooring cover, part number for shipping outside of the continental USA please inquire about cost before buying. The cover includes: snaps along outside, 14 nylon loop 2 grommet eyelet's, vents and 1 black storage bag.

This cover is made for specific make and model of boat I can't answer any questions on it fitting other. Please double check the rough measurements to be sure it will fit your boat. Shipping cost is for the continental USA lower 48 only.
