It is a trailer able cover. I have had it for 2 years. I don't know if ordered the wrong year or they sent me but got stuck with it. The shipping label on box and cover says it fits a 1998 to 2000 Tracker deep v 16' boat with single console trolling motor mounted bow.

My boat is a 2001 and wider. Comes complete with strap kit and instructions. This is a brand new never used custom fit cover.
