Shipping is free on this item. This is not a disposable type cover the function of a cover is to take the abuse from the elements that is normally destined for your boat. They are also somewhat difficult to deal with since they are big and flat and are not made in any way specifically to cover a boat.

Often, you do not have to spend any money on a support system. These are very waterproof.
